- Consent for diagnostic testing and repairs: By authorizing services, the customer consents to ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS conducting diagnostic tests and performing the necessary repairs as outlined in the repair estimate or work order.
- Authorization to operate vehicle: The customer authorizes ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS and its technicians to operate the vehicle on public roads or private property for the purposes of testing, diagnostics, or verification of repairs.
- Pre-existing damage disclaimer: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, defects, or damages unrelated to the services performed, provided reasonable care and due diligence have been exercised during the inspection and repair process.
- Indemnification and limitation of liability: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses (direct or indirect) arising from the services provided, excluding those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Limitation of Liability: The customer acknowledges and agrees that ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the customer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
- Data access and consent: You authorize ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS to access and retrieve vehicle data, including but not limited to On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), Engine Control Unit (ECU), and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), for the purpose of conducting repairs and diagnostics.
- Data privacy and retention: All collected vehicle data will be used strictly for service purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Service records and diagnostic reports may be retained for a minimum of three (3) years in compliance with industry regulations.
- Hazardous materials (HazMat) disclaimer: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS follows all applicable laws and safety guidelines for handling, disposing, or storing hazardous materials. The customer agrees not to hold ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS liable for any environmental or HazMat-related claims beyond what is legally required.
- Terms subject to change: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or accessible on our website.
- Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association before seeking legal action.
- Governing law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. However, ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS acknowledges and complies with relevant federal laws as applicable to the nature of the vehicles serviced.

ESTIMATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Services: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS shall perform repair and diagnostic services as outlined in the repair estimate or work order provided to the customer via text, email, or discussed verbally on-site or via telephone by an authorized technician. The scope of work is based on the initial inspection and diagnostic assessment of the vehicle.
2. Completion Timeline: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS will make reasonable efforts to complete the repair work in a timely manner. However, due to the nature of diagnostic and repair services, no specific completion date is guaranteed. The customer will be notified promptly of any delays.
3. Modifications to Work Order: In the event that additional issues or required repairs are identified during the service process, ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS reserves the right to revise the repair work order and associated costs. Any modifications will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Estimate Limitations: The provided estimate is based on the initial inspection and does not constitute a guarantee that no additional parts, labor, or services will be required. The estimate is not a fixed or final price for the repairs. The final cost will be determined upon completion of the work and detailed in the invoice, reflecting all parts, labor, and services rendered.
5. Authorization and Payment: By authorizing ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS to perform the repairs, either verbally or in writing, the customer agrees to pay in full for all work performed, parts supplied, and associated charges as detailed in the final invoice. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice and are subject to ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS’ standard billing policies.
6. Compliance and Consumer Rights: All services will be performed in compliance with applicable federal regulations, including those of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Georgia state laws, including the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act. Customers have the right to a clear estimate and to authorize any additional work exceeding the initial estimate.
7. Additional Terms: Other terms and conditions may apply as specified in the repair work order, invoice, or client intake form. ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS reserves the right to retain records of all services for a minimum of three years, as required by law.
8. Payment: The customer agrees to pay for all repair services as specified in the repair estimate or repair work order and/or verbal approval, either in person or by telephone authorization. On larger jobs, ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS may require half payment upfront. ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS will keep a credit card on file for the customer and may run the card for payment as early as 1 day or less if payment is not received after payment is requested. Credit/Debit & Fleet check payments returned DECLINED twice will require the balance to be paid either CASH or ZELLE. An additional 3% fee is added for payments made with a Credit/Debit card. Personal and Business checks are not accepted as a form of payment. You acknowledge and agree that an express mechanic’s lien on your vehicle is granted to secure payment of this invoice for the repair work detailed in this invoice. The customer agrees to pay all costs and fees associated with collecting past due payments, including but not limited to, attorney’s fees and court costs. Past-due fees of 15% will apply to the total invoice amount, when invoices are past 5 days old.
There will be a 3% fee added to all Credit Card payments on the total invoice. Cash & Zelle payments will not have a fee added to the invoice.
By proceeding with the services outlined, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
INVOICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Work Location: The repair work will be performed at a location chosen by ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS. ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur at any work location, including but not limited to theft of the vehicle or items within the vehicle. The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS for any claims arising from the use of the work location.
2. Disclaimer of Liability: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the customer or any third party as a result of the repair services, including but not limited to, loss of employment or loss of business opportunities. ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS shall not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer as a result of the repair services, including but not limited to, delays caused by the unavailability of parts or delays in part shipments by the supplier or transporter, software delays, shortage, etc. lack of or sparse internet connection when needed to complete a job, or additional troubleshooting that may be required. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for damages to your vehicle from freezing due to lack of antifreeze. You hereby grant our employees permission to operate your vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. You acknowledge and agree that an express mechanic’s lien on your vehicle is granted to secure payment of this invoice for the repair work detailed in this invoice.
3. Warranty: Any warranties on the parts and accessories sold hereby are made by the manufacturer. You understand and agree that we will make no warranties of any kind unless expressed in writing. You hereby authorize us to perform the repair work herein set forth and to purchase the necessary material and parts to perform such repair work. The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS for any claims arising from the repair services provided.
4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, regardless of the location where vehicle repairs are performed.
PAYMENTS: The customer agrees to pay for all repair services as specified in the repair estimate or repair work order and/or verbal approval either in person or by telephone authorization. On larger jobs, ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS may require half payment upfront.
